how the process works:
Initial meeting on zoom
After you send me photos and videos of the space you want to organize and I confirm its eligible for online organization, we will schedule an online meeting where I will ask you key questions that will help me prepare the project.
In this meeting we will talk about your routines, your needs for the space, your biggest challenges and other relevant information, depending on the space you want to organize.
Project creation
Depending on the information I received and using the photographs and videos received, I will create a project that will be delivered in PDF, with detailed instructions - drawer by drawer or cabinet by cabinet - on how to organize, what to place in each space and which organizers to use, when applicable.
With this project you can also get other tutorials or support videos to teach you new folds, or other details, depending on the space to be organized.
Organizers
In this PDF you will also find a selection of organizers tailored to your needs, with instructions on where and how to place them to make the most of the space.
The project will describe the price, quantities, where to buy and various alternatives, if it makes sense for your project.
All of this will take into account your budget, which is already discussed at an early stage. It is not mandatory to include organizers in the project.
Simplification of routines
In this PDF you will also receive practical advice and new strategies that you can implement to make your life simpler, both in terms of organization and home management: new ways of planning meals, grocery shops with a view to saving money and having better habits, etc.

My name is Rita, I'm 32 years old and I will be your Home Organizer. As a mother of two young boys very close in age (2.5 and 4 years old), I understand the daily challenges you face and I know how being organised can simplify our lives and give us more time to spend quality time with our children.
As a mother and a two-businesses owner, I understand how chaotic it can be to deal with work, children, husband, home, cooking, taking care of laundry and so many others, depending on your personal reality. Who is this service for?
This service is for all families, with or without children, who are looking for a more organized home, but who do not have the interest or budget to hire a personal organizer. With my online organization projects, you will have a personalized project for you, which you can implement at your own pace, with detailed instructions so you learn how to organize.
How does the process work?
You can contact me via Whatsapp here, or fill out the information request form here. After receiving your request, I will contact you to ask for photos and videos of the space, to understand if it is a viable project for online organization. If I confirm and if you are interested in moving forward, you make the payment and we schedule the initial consultation. Within 4 - 5 business days you will receive your personalized project and bonus!
What spaces do you organize with this service?
I can organize any space with online organization, everything will depend on the size and complexity of the project. Each project includes only one area (kitchen, pantry, children's bedrooms, etc.). Send me a private message if you have questions regarding the areas and size.
How long does it take to receive the project?
After carrying out the initial consultation and having all the photographs, videos and measurements I need, it usually takes between 4 and 5 business days to send the personalized project. This will depend on the size and complexity, and the number of areas to be organized.
How will payment work?
Payment is made when you decide to proceed with the online organization and before we start the process. As it is an entirely online service, unfortunately it is not possible to pay in two or more installments. Payment can be made by bank transfer or online by card (debit or credit). I will send you all the details once I confirm feasibility for online project.

Hello! My name is Rita.
And if I can describe everything you're going through so well, it's because I've been in your shoes.
My passion for organizing began at the end of 2019, when I was pregnant with my first child and started preparing our home for the arrival of our much-desired baby. We lived in Portugal, in Cascais, in a small apartment with one bedroom, little space and much more stuff than we needed.
And it was then that I started researching ways to organize and was introduced to the concept of residential organization. I immediately fell in love, I started following professional organizers on Instagram and applying all the concepts and teachings that made sense in our reality. It was also at this time that I discovered Marie Kondo and KonMari, which has always fascinated me and I saw as a great inspiration.
In 2022, with a full-time job in Norway, I decide to take a risk and start formal training in the Organization area. And it was after participating in workshops and training in the area of organization that I realized that I had truly found my passion: organizing homes, and helping other people organize their space to lead lighter and more peaceful lives.
Being alone in Norway with my husband and having no support or family support with two small children, organization has proven me that everything is possible: managing two businesses and being a mother to two cute little ones.
My Cheerful Place is my third baby, a project that I am passionate about and that allows me to bring lightness and serenity to all the parents who come to me. To help them take a deep breath, talk about all their fears and anxieties without judgement, and help prepare them and their home for the best and most challenging phase of their life: welcoming a baby.
